Policy

The goal of Face Med, a boutique medical-aesthetic clinic, is to provide its patients with safe, relaxing, and personalized treatments. The purpose of these treatment guidelines is to clearly outline the terms and conditions of treatments, as well as the rights and obligations of patients and the clinic.

1. General Provisions

At Face Med, all treatments are performed exclusively by highly qualified, experienced physicians using clinically proven, premium-quality materials and equipment.

Treatments are not performed on an assembly-line basis; every patient receives personalized attention.

2. The Role of Consultation

Every aesthetic and medical procedure is preceded by a medical consultation, during which the doctor:

  1. assesses individual characteristics,
  2. discusses the possibilities and limitations,
  3. explains the expected results and risks.

The suggestions made during the consultation are professional recommendations and are not binding.

3. Nature and Results of Treatments

The goal of medical aesthetic treatments is to enhance natural beauty.

The results:

  1. vary from person to person,
  2. may develop gradually,
  3. cannot be guaranteed in exact form or degree.

Face Med rejects over-treatment and unnatural results.

4. Contraindications

Certain medical conditions, medications, or life circumstances may preclude the performance of treatments.

The patient is obligated to provide truthful and complete information about their health status.

5. Aftercare and Follow-up

After the treatments, the doctor will provide aftercare recommendations.

The follow-up examination is part of the treatment and is recommended to ensure optimal results.

6. Risks and Side Effects

As with any medical procedure, temporary side effects (e.g., redness, swelling, sensitivity) may occur with aesthetic treatments.

The patient will receive detailed information about these during the consultation.

7. Patient Obligations

The patient is obligated to:

  1. familiarize themselves with and accept the treatment guidelines,
  2. follow medical instructions,
  3. report any abnormalities in a timely manner.

8. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Online appointment scheduling is done through the website.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a booked appointment must be made in advance.

9. Special rule regarding botulinum toxin treatments

In the case of botulinum toxin treatment, at least 3 months must elapse between two treatments.

If this is disregarded, Face Med is entitled to refuse to perform the treatment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Face Med assumes no liability for:

  1. the consequences of medical information withheld by the patient,
  2. or problems arising from failure to follow medical instructions.

11. Data Processing and Consent

Face Med processes patients’ personal and health data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By receiving treatment, the patient consents to the processing of their data.

12. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective as of the date of publication on the website.

Face Med reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
